After the fiasco of the F21 pants I thought it fitting that I treat myself to a quality item, my new Modern Vintage shoes. It was love at first sight as soon as I laid my eyes upon the label that said: Vero Cuoro, Italian Leather! The fact that I got them for 1/3 of the original price was also great! I knew I wanted to pair these gorgeous shoes with my cream crochet sweater (ironically from F21). These pants are one of my favorites that I purchased from Zara in Germany a few years ago. I got this bag on a short visit to Saks or Neiman's (can't remember which since they're right next to each other) in Beverly Hills. The next week Katie Holmes was snapped carrying this bag and all of them practically disappeared from the shelves. Lucky me!

First off, that walk way is gorgeous! Where is that? It makes for a beautiful back drop for these pictures.
ReplyDeleteAnd those shoes!! I love the heel on them. Very unique! And the color blocking on the toe is a nice, modern touch. I love the outfit all around, Dana! There is a very vintage-y feel to these pictures. Even the colors you're rocking remind me of old wartime pin up girls in that Army green color. :)
I actually stay away from F21 now with the only F21 pieces I wear being ones I've already had that haven't torn or come apart. I hate that most of the stuff I used to buy from there just let me down quality wise, but hey, you get what you pay for.
Oh, I don't know when we'll make it to L.A.. Perhaps when we finally make our way back to visiting Vegas. But I'd SO love to meet up with you! Meeting bloggers in real life is the absolute best. However, I don't drink coffee. So would you like to chat over drinks...with alcohol in them?? haha :)

I love the crochet sweater Dana and the bag is gorgeous. I don't own any bags from Isabelle Fiore, her designs are amazing. Your husband is a super nice guy...you have 2 cartiers? NICE! I love the pasha style, very different from our Tank Francaise which mine needs a battery change! I need to take it in for servicing soon.

I kind of want to mash my face into the computer screen right now, much like I (secretly) do to my favorite handbags when I think no one else is looking, hahaha.
