In the Mood for Skirts

The nice sunlight we have been enjoying really puts me in a great mood.  In the mood to wear more skirts so my cheese white legs can get some much needed color.  I used to be a tanning salon regular some time ago but upon much debate (with myself) on tanned skin cancer risks or pale skin no risk, the last won out.  I've tried some self tanners and other products out there (cheap and expensive ones) but I find them such a pain to apply and I'm always afraid that it will come out streaked or orangey or that will rub off on my clothes.  Are there any products that you have tried and liked?

Regardless, I am in the mood for skirts (much as I love pants) and I really wanted to wear this great skirt I found at H&M.  I love its shape and that it has an under lining that makes it look like you're wearing two skirts instead of one.  And it has pockets!  I paired it with the snake print blouse I recently purchased at H&M (here), which I love for its silky feel and the cute gold buttons.  I really wanted to keep things simple and not take away from the awesome print of the shirt so I decided only on the gold earrings and a belt.  I know.  It looks as if I'm not wearing a belt.  It's there.  I promise.  (wearing it backwards)
